Nathan Gruver- Restaurant & Retail Division Manager

 Nate joined the American Valet team with 8 years of management experience and  has stood out with his impeccable attention to service and management of high-end service intensive facilities. In his most recent role as the General Manager of Valet, Garage and Shuttle Operations Nate increased productivity and efficiency while strengthening customer engagement. In his free time Nate enjoys golfing and playing softball. We look forward to his continued contributions to our team and success in his new role. 

Jason Hetherington- Account Manager at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center  

Jason Hetherington started with American Valet as a valet at BGSMC in September 2014. He was quickly promoted to assistant manager in October 2014. Jason is a very self motivated and hardworking employee and because of his strong leadership skills he has recently been promoted to account manager. We are very confident that Jason will do an excellent job leading his team to success.

At American Valet, you'll find a dynamic environment where all associates are valued and rewarded accordingly. Our valets are responsible for providing aggressive hospitality in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests. The job duties of this position include, but are not limited to: parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt, yet safe manner; assisting with customers’ belongings such as baby strollers, suit jackets, and wheelchairs; and providing driving directions and other information to guests. Additionally, Valets are responsible for following American Valet’s safety and loss prevention policies including: issuing claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys; collecting claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys; maintaining security within parking lot; abiding by all revenue collection and control procedures established by company; consistently completing and maintaining all ticket information; and immediately reporting all incidents to the supervisor. The ability to work well independently, with minimal direct supervision will be required at times.
